- First, unlock your mobile device and launch a cash app on it.
- After that enter your login credentials and tap on the sign-in button.
- After that tap on the “Profile icon” showing on the top left of the home screen.
- Here you will see a list of option for the setting of your account.
- Scroll down the list and click on the “Cash support” option available at the end of the list.
- After that tap on the “Something Else” option and then select your issue in the list.
